ELIZA HERINGER
Executive Director / Owner
With a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, Eliza is the founder and clinical director of The CORE Learning Centre, a premier ABA therapy clinic dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based interventions.
With a deep understanding of the latest research and a compassionate approach, Eliza leads a team of highly trained professionals who work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and communities to achieve meaningful outcomes. She is dedicated to continuing professional growth through ongoing education and stays current with the latest developments in the ABA field.
Under Eliza's leadership, The CORE Learning Centre has become a trusted provider of ABA therapy services, known for its commitment to creating individualized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their fullest potential. Eliza has worked with a wide range of clients and has developed expertise in various behavioural therapies and techniques that promote skill development and improve quality of life.
When not at the clinic, Eliza is passionate about advocacy for autism awareness and creating a more inclusive environment for individuals with behavioural and developmental needs. Eliza is happiest when she is able to connect with our clients and their families and provide meaningful services. She loves music, baking and making funny faces.

TARA OUELLETTE
Supervising Registered Behaviour Analyst & BCBA
With over twenty years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Tara is a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) in Ontario.
Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations in various settings,
including family homes, foster care environments, clinical centers, schools, hospitals,
and group homes. Her work focuses on developing individualized treatment programs
that prioritize personal choice, cultural considerations, and unique developmental
needs. She provides supervision to those working toward their BCBA and RBA certifications,
helping them develop the clinical and ethical competencies needed to succeed in the
field. Additionally, Tara has extensive experience as a college supervisor, guiding students
through their field placements to bridge the gap between theory and real-world
application. Beyond direct clinical work, she has served on multiple boards and
committees dedicated to advancing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, ensuring
ongoing professional growth and the development of best practices.
Tara strongly believes in the value of lifelong learning and continued professional
development. She holds a master’s degree in developmental psychology and is currently
completing her doctorate in clinical psychology. This ongoing education allows her to
integrate the latest research and evolving best practices into her work, ensuring that the
support she provides is both evidence-based and forward-thinking.

helping them navigate their unique journeys." Tara understands that every child is different,
and believes in fostering growth through empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based
strategies.
When she is not working, Tara enjoys spending time outdoors doing things such as camping,
kayaking, skiing, and walking her dog. She also loves baking, reading, and exploring new
ways to bring creativity into everyday life.

PASCAL VIAU
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Pascal is dedicated to ensuring a smooth, supportive, and high-quality experience for the families and children we serve. With over 15 years of experience in management and customer care, Pascal brings a strong background in leadership, operational efficiency, and employee relations. He led the way in previous job endeavors by having a passion for developing talent and creating a healthy workspace for employees to thrive and and takes great pride in being part of a team dedicated to growth, inclusion, and positive change
Pascal fosters a welcoming environment for staff and families and is passionate about creating systems that allow our Instructor Therapists to focus on delivering exceptional care while ensuring families feel supported every step of the way. At the heart of Pascal's work is a deep appreciation for the impact that ABA has on children and their families
Pascal is also an animal lover and is kept busy chasing his rescue cat Gravy around the house. Other interests include heading to the cottage and enjoying lake life while staying active through hiking and exercise.

HUNTER BOURGON
Supervised Senior Therapist
Hunter is a dedicated professional with over five years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a deep passion for supporting children with autism. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University, Hunter is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve individuals and families. With the goal of achieving Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) certification, Hunter is focused on continuously growing in the field to provide the best possible care.

Outside of work and studies, Hunter enjoys playing volleyball, playing board games, going to dog parks with her dog, Piper, binge-watching TV shows, and spending quality time with family and friends.
